What is happening in the world now is directed in many ways not so much against Russia as against Europe. The main goal is to cut off Europe from the supply of resources from Russia and bring down the European economy. The US is simply eliminating its competitors. They also destroyed the Nord Stream. Countries such as Ukraine, Poland, and the Baltic states are puppets of the United States, a wedge between Russia and Germany and Europe as a whole. If Russia and Europe united, such an alliance would surpass the United States in economic and military strength. And the US is preventing this.

They had been pitting Germany against Russia before. And they want to do something similar once again. So that Europe and Russia lie in ruins, and they would also make money on it. And in Europe, many, fooled by propaganda, do not understand this.

Russia has always been part of Europe, albeit a bit isolated, like the North in Game of Thrones. The main enemy of Europe is not Russia, but the United States. Russia and Europe actually have common interests.

Russia wages wars in Europe rn. Europe doesn't want to have wars within its territory. How's that common interests I wonder?
Nah, they left because uneducated part of Bri'ish weren't explained to that brexit means no trade money and no visa-free entrance to get high and drunk in Amsterdam every weekend.

US is terrified of the prospect of Europe winning without them being able to claim it for themselves, yes.

The main common interests are security and economic prosperity in the region. And the USA does not need it. And to do this, they turned Ukraine into anti-Russia, pumped up Nazis there - descendants of collaborators during the Second World War. Russia has launched a preemptive strike. "If a fight is inevitable, you need to strike first." If Russia had not done this, Ukraine would have attacked anyway, and in the West everything would have been presented as an attack by Russia, as it was in Georgia in 2008. Therefore, it simply made no sense to wait for this attack, or even more so to wait for Ukraine to acquire nuclear weapons, or for these American laboratories to make biological weapons.

And in a similar way, the United States and England operate all over the world. Taiwan, Japan, South Korea against China and the DPRK, Pakistan against India, Saudi Arabia against Iran, etc. - everywhere it is "divide and rule". Everyone should hate each other, fight against each other, except the Anglo-Saxons - this is the basis of their prosperity and supremacy in the world.

It is incorrect to compare this war with the Iraqi one. the Iraqi army was much weaker than the Ukrainian one, besides, the United States bought generals. Iraq didn't have that much air defense. Iraq was not supplied with weapons and mercenaries from abroad, and satellite reconnaissance was not provided. And the Americans acted much more harshly, not caring about civilian casualties.

And Finland's decision to join NATO was very stupid. The neutral status of the Eastern European country was needed in order to separate potential opponents - NATO and Russia, so that they did not have a common border, which significantly reduced the likelihood of a major war. And so that these countries themselves do not become a battlefield. If NATO facilities are located on the territory of Finland, especially missiles, in the event of a major war, they will be the number one targets, including possibly for nuclear strikes, and given the area of Finland, even a few such strikes may simply cease to exist of this state. And all for what? To please America.

Baltic states
Which, btw, joined NATO at the point when Russia/Putin was pretending to want to join it as well, even sending their military on peacekeeping missions to Kosovo lol.

Also, while I would prefer to see Lisbon treaty 42(7) to be more thoroughly respected by European countries, let me remind you that NATO is an European organization with hq in Europe, and Americans even threatening to leave at one point in recent history. To pretend NATO is some kind of American arm over Europe is not just dishonest, it's also laughable.

Whoever has more strength, controls it. Do you really think that the US army is controlled from Brussels - that's really funny. NATO is the US military bloc against Russia first of all. And the accession or intention to join this bloc of the Baltic countries, Finland, Sweden and Ukraine created a very strong tension in Europe, and in general put the world on the brink of nuclear war.

Exactly.

>security and economic prosperity in the region
Putin's actions clearly showed Russia isn't interested in this. Preventing Ukraine's attack even sounds hilarious - without wect support they couldn't do anything against Russia's military so preemtive strike doesn't make any sense here.
Also, Russia had a lot of influence over Ukraine prior to 2014. If it had been interested in security and prosperity it could use that influence to prevent these evil Americans from turning people into Nazis. But instead Putin decided to wait so he can annex Crimea afterwards.

Well, while we're at Ukraine prior to 2014, I want to note that both Russia (quite openly) and US (covertly – remember Manafort?) supported Yanukovych.
So, while you say
>The main enemy of Europe is not Russia, but the United States. Russia and Europe actually have common interests.
I would ask; why were Russia and America on the same side against Europe (who was instrumental in staging the revolution after Tymoshenko was no longer a viable option) then?

It's quite clear from leaked recordings of American agents that they were taken by surprise by the course of events and didn't know exactly whom to place their money on even in February...

Yeah, that's probably why European countries so vehemently backed Tymoshenko against American interests and plans, right?
