what is Bernd cooking?
 
75g of garlic butter and some spring onions fried in a pan - then add chicken breast (250g or so), season it with some onions sauce and curry, add some more shiitake mushrooms and asia veggie mix (or just some leek and carrots), pour over some coconut milk and broth, add around 300g of shrimps and let it simmer for a bit
last but not least you cook mie-noodles in a different pot and pour the sauce over them when they're done
serve with coriander, itadakimasu

looks pretty good, enjoy your meal. For a while i was sceptical about mixing poultry with seafood or meat in general, but a proper surf 'n' turf dish is surprisingly good
