I've started eating plain yogurt with many of my meals. Of course it goes best med/mideast/indian food. But anything salty and fatty is nice to have some yogurt with to cut through that all.

Sounds good. Yogurt has probiotics and I don't know what more. If you don't have lactose intolerance it's probably good for you.
