The days are getting shorter and shorter. I have to go get some vitamin D so I don't get depressed. I hope this winter will be freezing in order to have a good excuse to stay all day at home.

Do yourself ans favor and take vitamin D supplementation in the form of cod liver oil pills.
These also contain elcosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and doccosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which are quite useful for your body. Take care bernd
