I have something like this in my room with a whiteboard on it and every morning after waking up I write on it what I want to do that very day.
I also have daily tasks on it that I repeat every day such as x amount of push ups.
After completing a task I give it a check mark and at the end of the day I give the day a x/10 productivity rating.
For example Yesterday I was a lazy stoner shit and I scored a 4/10 so today I'm already doing more stuff to get a better score and my work done.
