Hey Bernd how do you motivate yourself not to do useful stuff at evenings? Most of the time I have zero energy and just sit there watching youtube or porn. Any advice?

There is thought between the now and the desired action, so before doing anything a normal person's mind will visualize the activity and if this visualization is negative he won't do it. The key to life is not visualizing, but simply doing it without expectations, and this can only be done with discipline of the mind.

I have something like this in my room with a whiteboard on it and every morning after waking up I write on it what I want to do that very day.
I also have daily tasks on it that I repeat every day such as x amount of push ups.
 
After completing a task I give it a check mark and at the end of the day I give the day a x/10 productivity rating.
 
For example Yesterday I was a lazy stoner shit and I scored a 4/10 so today I'm already doing more stuff to get a better score and my work done.

Do you do anything with these scores? Like punishing yourself for bad ones or rewarding with something for good ones? In other words, how do you make these numbers motivating?
