Im not a Ukrainian but they are in a state of Emergency since half a year, i guess big parts of the Ukrainian Industry and commerce is gone so yeah, its fucked up.
Yeah, from what I see the law has been floating in the parliament for some time and the government was talking about taking similar measures for years, very fucked up considering the current state of Ukraine and Ukrainians.
