I am unsure if I should get one.
I sit a lot in front of my computer (as every proper Bernd does of course), but since I have ADHD I frequently get up to do other things here and there. Although it's not as bad as it was before medication. What I am trying to say is that I fairly frequently change my position and additionally I started doing exercises. I wouldn't call this sport or anything though, it only might add up to about 20 minutes/a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. But it definitely helped my posture and how I feel when sitting for a longer time and back pains etc. Also I am not overweight.
So it might be not really needed in my case and I could save a lot of money by just getting a new, sitting desk since I definitely need a new one. Also I kind of fear I would never use it in the end or it might only add up to like half an hour I use it standing in a day. Even though I've heard it's better than nothing.
