Why is it so hard to find normal looking ebike? I dont want this spaceship shit or the hipster look or the comically thick tube in the front that makes your bike look that it has down syndrome.

I am clueless about ebikes, but there is probably a reason that they have those 'thicc parts' you dislike: The electronics like battery etc. have to go somewhere I guess?

How exactly do you want it to look?

I just googled 'sleek looking ebike' and found out about the brand 'Ampler' which could fit your design wishes. Since your second picture is a Vanmoof bike you are probably aware about that brand.

Pic 1 is the Axel. Pic 2 the Curt.

What do you say?

In the end it is a bike. If you can ride it nicely what else matters? People will stil identify it as an ebike most likely and person like pic 3 related will still laugh about you. Why care? You won't win any coolness competition anyways.

Back in the days, there was a Chinese ebike -- well THAT WAS SOME MOPED OF A BICYCLE

if you want a e-"regular looking"-bike", buy a kit to convert your regular bike

What is the brand called? Having a vintage Ukrainian bike seems kind of cool, although hipsterish and there's probably already a local hipster business doing exactly that, importing old UA vintage bikes for pennies and selling them for 100s € of which 1 € goes to the noble cause of defending Ukrainian freedom. Epic

>Singlespeed Gates Carbon Drive
>11-Gang Shimano M5120

Not bad but sadly not the kind of transmission I want and also very low max 110 kg. I am looking for a good trekking/tour bike

They can still try to make it look more balanced. Also I like batteries that you can remove so you are left with a normal bike if you want.

There's a lot of ebikes around that look just like regular bikes with battery attached to some place externally. Many of them even use the same frame as regular bike, if it's a good frame it would work for ebike without any problems.
Thicc frames and spaceship-ish exterior are usually features of more expensive bikes (and are mainly added so people won't steal your battery as they do with external ones)

I don't think that it's a good idea to have no removable battery. You can't replace the battery if it goes bad and you always have to take your bike next to a power outlet to charge.
