This is why its pretty stupid to rely on Musk in anything. Yet NASA and US government rely on Musk to land American astronauts on the Moon by giving him Human Lunar Lander contract.

Since Musk won't be able to deliver refualable Starship capable of reaching and landing on the Moon by 2030 - its obvious that China will be the ones landing humans on the Moon before 2030, before Americans are able to do anything in this century.
