Time to switch to linux my friend. We use Windows for using Adobe. sadly I also broke my linux (Manjaro) throw an update GF use Mint without problems so far.

Linux Mint is pure bliss. Works like a charm for years already.

Linux Mint is exactly that. Manjaro has its qualities, but I saw your threads and imo something like that shouldn't happen. Wouldn't recommend it (Manjaro) to anyone, because you never know when something like this may happen again.

I sadly took Manjaro instead of Mint but Mint is probably more stable for stupids like us.

Compared to how much Microshit is trying to take control away from the user by hiding essential settings deeper and shuffling them around with every new Windows, Mint these days is much simpler then Windows and the documentation for every issue reaches many years back.

While I was using it, any issue was figured out on me own by just typing it into a search engine and slowly I got more educated on Linux as a whole in the process, it just takes a few weeks to grow accustomed to it.

At least give it a try as it is free anyway.
