cholesterol panic is such absolute bullshit, it's absurd
first of all your body makes 800-1000mg of cholesterol per day which is much more than typical daily dietary intake anyway
secondly the "cholesterol" in blood which you will hear of being measured is not even cholesterol, it's LDL - low density lipids, fat bubbles in your blood
and thirdly, elevated cholesterol in blood (actual cholesterol, also measured, but usually when you hear cholesterol discussed they will cite LDL levels instead) has no relation to eating more cholesterol with food, but rather a metabolism failure, similar to how diabetes isn't caused by eating sweet food
>It's more healthy than the real deal
its dont
