Bernd eat some Khachapuri in a Restaurant Hungari vor Bulgaria Bernd recommended to me. Food was good the place nice but the fish in tank habe to suffer with plastic plants.

saute garlic on the butter, then added salmon (leftovers, local fish seller sells small chunks that stay on bone after fillet making separately), and fresh cream, and dill

Bernd is currently making his all time cheap classic, garlic rice topped with fried eggs. Adding. some spinach as a side this time.
 
Hnnng... that cheese breda I wanted to try for some time now too.
 
I make them similar, you may try to also fry onions first and use regular cream and a good sip of white wine for the sauce.
Still, very nice! Salmon noodles in any form are a top tier dish and I've heard countless different, preferred methods to make them, all delicious.

Often I'd use leek. Sometimes also zucchini if they look fresh ans sweet. But this time I had great fresh garlic so I went with more garlic and nothing else.

Lots of nice stuff, except I never had chicken liver, but I guess it can't be that bad and got lots of vitamin A!
