You can cook some sauces and Frozen it, like bolognese sauce or neapolitan sauce. Also pesto its very easy to do it. Just eat pasta. It's cheap and good
I didn't buy it because I don't know how to cook, I bought it because I had never had that food before and thought I'd try something that sounded odd and hoped it would taste good.
