People are very superficial and mostly totally unaware of how they value people overhwelmingly based on their looks alone. I'm guilty of it as well, when I see a pretty girl I think she seems nice and swell without any additional information.

 

However I try to counteract my ingrained tendencies by being extra friendly and nice to the odd, weird, and ugly. I feel more comfortable with them and identify with them more than others. Perhaps I take it too far as I think I'm more cold to good looking people which isn't good either really, it's based to treat everyone totally equally I think. So I need to work on that.
