I used to go to bed at 9 pm and get up at 5:40 am, I loved that time because I felt like I was making the most of the day

I am an alcoholic and when I binge drink then stop suddenly, I only get 2 hours of sleep a night for a week before I get a REM cycle again, it's horrible

I know it's psychological, that's why I try to improve it, I just need the classic not to sleep until the next night to sleep at the corresponding time.
When I was a teenager I had depressive symptoms and I was neet for 8 months (twice kek) Fortunately I was able to go out of it because my mother beat me up (literally)
I am seriously thinking of working as a baker since there are not many options in my city, or do you work in the retail Or in some shit low-skilled job where they pay less than $2 an hour.
The reason why I feel bad about losing my job is that it paid very well for the standards of my country, in fact I hardly did anything kek
My contract was not renewed because the project was stopped ;_;

No, I'm straight but I guess I should try out some new stuff. I just have a standard trekking saddle on my bike and no special underpants, it's not horribly uncomfortable but not great either. I think I could also improve my stance maybe?

Hole is so that your taint isn't under pressure. A saddle with hole in the middle is shaped so that main point of contact is through your hipbones, which is helpful for blood circulation ins bepis.

Diaper spandex is helpful mainly because it soaks the sweat and prevents any kind of chafing on wet fabric. They also sell diaper cycling underwear though, which you can wear with regular shorts, seems to be more popular with MTB users.

It's not comfortable though. You may feel comfy when seated ons at first but it is really fucking bad for your bepis & you will feel butthurt after 20km.

Cycled 27km +38km at night. My knees and leg muscles hurt, but I'm happy. For the first time I rode along in the "white nights". That's great. I did not know that along the embankments there is such a convenient bike path.
