I went to bicycle shop 4 weeks ago to order a new bicycle. The sales person was pretty nice and we talked about everything and then he told me he would call back once they know how long the manufacturer would take to build it.

After 2 weeks of no response I wrote a mail and now another 2 weeks later a second mail. No response. I gave the person my mail and phone number.

 

What did I do wrong? Why don't they want to sell me bicycle?
