These all simply point to a north western European phenotype.

You know, the eyes look really distinctive. Very deep-seated, as if this man's brow sticks ahead of his face a little.

The guy in OP doesn't look to have any high/prominent cheekbones tho, his zygoma is weak, he doesn't look like a cheeky elf unlike slavs, his midface/nose is pretty tall despite his blockhead fWHR (really, "tall midface/nose but blockhead fWHR" is is a rare occurrence in ANY phenotype), and his chin is outrageously big (I thought I was seeing a shadow under his chin at first, but no, there is no shadow at all, it's his fucking chin, it's THAT big) and well smoothly submerged into his jawline, which means he likely is high in Machiavellianism traits. The OP guy is very untrustworthy, mischevious, bug eyed, creepy, and a fucking mutant. In the US, the only humans that look just as close to him are all fucking criminals, lot of them severe AF serial killers.

 

TL;DR highly rare kind. If there was a whole race of mutant motherfuckers like the OP guy, they'd enslave the whole entire Earth and rape all of our women, and worse, raise only the most aggressive babies, so that said mutant race can grow even more aggressive and mutatious.

In my opinion, OPpic is definitely an attempt to recreate 1993 Doom pixelated face. Looks creepy due to not being 100% real.
