Just try to stay up as long as possible so you wake up a little later each day until your schedule is to your satisfaction. I like waking up at 2 or 3AM but after some weeks I always end up fucking up my schedule against

Yeah, that's usually what ends up happening. Wish there was a faster way.

you can fix it quite fast if you are ready to do biphasic sleep for a while. you schedule 2-3 hours sleeping during the night together with 2-3 hours sleeping during to where your sleep schedule has moved. you start by shortening your sleep during fugged day time, then go get a nap during night. then you shift more and more of your sleep to the night over next couple days.

probably. it does feel right when it's hot during the day (so for me in the summer), but idk if it's true across all climates.
