She is explaining why Russians don't seem to have as much of a problem with waging wars as we do. They are more willing to kill and more willing to send their sons to die.
Germans need to start realizing this. Our foreign policy towards Russia has been based on the assumption that they think like us. This policy has failed because they don't.
I mean she's right in that point but she frames it in such an idiotic way, how that's because "they're not wholesome liberal post-modernists" when realistically it's all just because Russia is still full of misery and alcoholism and such and people are desensitised regarding suffering as opposed to spoiled wekt.

Well I guess when it's about ganging up with your buddies in bombing some far away land full of non-European people (i.e. "die untermenschen") it's completely different. It's not a war (that's the thing of the past); it is a liberal, post-modern peace keeping action.
