We could use this on criminals that are not well behaved inside of societies, teach them that doing crime is wrong via neurological reconditioning, in fact this could (should) be done to everybody, we could even kill sexual desire from everyone, and just have our babies inside of artifical wombs, but that would open a whole new path, material for a complete new thread.
