I have this weird feeling that my new boss is uncomfortable in my presence... I'm halfway through my probationary period and recently asked for feedback to which he said that everything was good. He seems like a nice person and I don't know why we shouldn't get along, but somehow he's tense when looking at me, little jokes don't fly and he seems happier when talking to other people from the team. I myself am not too content with my results so far but I also have to put up with several new systems and processes that are not yet properly set up. Will I get fired soon?
