Aliens are definitely not real. And most of all neither do the governments have any "secret super advanced tech" which would get mistaken for aliens. Those are all just works of intelligence agencies, means to subvert and distract. Grow up

Any proofs to back up your imaginary claims? There is plenty of recorded events with reliable eye witnesses of these encounters, also released files where US intelligent services are shown to have studied these events and even had their own projects for their studies.

Most of those encounters were just dehydrated american hitchhikers raped in a van by some guy dressed up as an alien, he got a real kick out of wearing the costume aswell as the raping, a true hot blooded american.
