Bernd, I need some help, some advice or whatever.

I run a small IT business and I got some success with this company, traveled a bit around the world providing IT consulting, etc.

Also, I accepted to participate in a friend's business.

He's kind of a genious and a lunatic at the same time. We even traveled together to China to promote his project.

Finally we found people with engagement and money to invest in our project and make it able to start but he's fucking everything with his ego.

We have an investor willing to support us with 20K USD just to make a fucking presentation then take us to a venture capital that already got interest in our project and said if the presentation succeeds, we will swim on money (we're talking about 50M USD) to finish the product and put it on the market internationally.

 

Then my business partner wants to refuse the initial 20K because he wants at least 300K USD do finish a fucking presentation.

I can't convince him this is bullshit and waste of opportunity and I'm almost quitting.

Just don't know what to do, just feeling money flying away and a big sensation of deception.

 

Now I'm preparing this new forecast asking for initial 300K USD struggling to don't kill myself or my business partner.
