My hair dresser told me yesterday that she is suffering from long covid, like her heart and lung are very weal and she has almost no stamina anymore.

I usually go to the haircutter (girl) and enjoy the process, I also like how her soft hands clean my hair with shampoo and warm water. But I actually don't care much about haircut because I am not zoomer anymore. I have a haircutting machine. How can I use it without any help? Is there any lifehacks?
