Meaning how some people push the date of changing into winter tires until the first snow, and some people still try to YOLO it anyway, which leads to bunch of crashes.

 

You just can't drive with summer tires in winter conditions no matter how good of a driver you are, and some people never get that.

Well, nothing as dramatic as the OP video, but you still see cars in ditches and some fender benders. Trucks at least (thank fucking god) know to rather switch tires early rather than late.
