Don't you know that 12 hours long day is the wectern invention and you have 8 hours 5 days working time only because communists did this in USSR and wect copied this to liquidate pro-commie thoughts in wectern working class. Yes yes you have paid vacations only because of the USSR too.

Because of the commies, not the USSR, there was no USSR at that moment yet. Socialism isn't invented by Soviets.
And the situation was exactly the same in Asian countries of that age, but unlike Europe China didn't introduced such a low and a lot of Chinese companies today still have offical schedule longer than 40 hours per week.

On November 11, 1917, in Soviet Russia, for the first time in the world, a Decree was issued on the establishment of an 8-hour working day.

Under Chinese labor law, the standard working day is eight hours, with a maximum of 44 hours per week. Any overtime work must be paid separately.

For the first time it was a success. But it was introduced in some big European companies in 19th century, and there were different labour movements asking for this too, so basically idea wasn't really new in the wectern countries (as well as socialist movement, Marx didn't wrote his books in Russian Empire).
And what's more importantly, a lot of Chinese people work more than 40 hours. Much more than people in Europe where 32 and 26 hours week is popular too nowadays.

I work more than 40 hours/week too because they pay money for this, imagine

No one forces me to do this, there are piles of snow everywhere and there is absolutely nothing to do, only sitting home or going to work.
