am using something like in the picture, it scrubs quite well and gets most dead skin off
 
can't recommend any actual peelings or somesuch, I just use skincare products from the drug store

I used a Cerave moisturizer for a while, but didn't notice any benefit so I stopped. It costed 16 euros and lasted for several months, so pretty cheap.
