Last night I slept, but I only fell asleep very late (I assume some time between 2 and 3 am) and it only lasted 5-6 hours or so. I used a Melatonin spray, but I'm still unsure about its actual effect.

I don't get tired anymore in the evening. My eyes get tired and then I lay down in bed, but I just don't fall asleep, then I lay awake until it's morning. My heart is also throbbing, I don't know why.

While I hate that I sleep 12 hours per night and get tired at 9PM when I would want to go sleep at midnight so I could play vidya with others.
 
Have had trouble sleeping too though. Try if you can doctor can prescribe you zolpidem, works well.

Btw I dream I was some assassin for the government. I was walking around an apartment trying to figure shit out. After I killed my target, I switched to another government person that was trying to kill the first assassin that I was. After that was done, I switched again and same shit, but it was very messy and I got a cut deep in my hand.
I stitched it up myself, and it actually hurt lol

This is the weird thing, just a couple of months ago I would also get tired early, because I worked the whole day. But nowadays I don't..

Here are my tips:
 
Get a proper routine. Eat at fixed times, set an alarm clock for the same time every day, try to go to bed at the same time.
 
Exercise. Go outside and get sunlight.
 
Try melatonin. Not every day, but sometimes.
 
Ask your doctor or health insurance company for help. Mine has a hotline for fixing sleep, because it is so important.
