I could imagine that's how they were stashed and they just grabbed them and send them abroad as is. Also it says that the material got checked the last time in 2013, doesn't look really good and professional in my eyes. Why do they even get checked in the first place? So you make sure that they don't have cracks etc and explode while being handled/fired? It's interesting anyways
Probably same tier as I check equipment on my work every day. I just make signs that everything is ok without even looking on it. Fuck this shit. If it breaks it wouldn't work anyway while it is in use every day.
