Good for you. What are you recovering from? Alcohol?
If you're tired, are you getting enough sunlight, do you eat and sleep well, do you exercise?
I'm dealing with depression, so I know these things can be difficult, but it's really worth it to try.

I have 1 yogurt + fruit in the morning
 
But yes my eating through the rest of the day is pretty shit
 
other diet advice than 'eat greens and don't eat processed shit'

Depends on what you like and are able to afford. White and brown rice are great, but not everyone likes it.
Low fat curd cheese / quark is great with fruits. Maybe try oats in the morning too.
