Those aren't high tech, and great for defensive wars against opponents which dominate the air.

For Russia to capture these, they won't be much use to them, as their offensive capabilities aren't great. No one's gonna start a panzer zerg with bunch of NLAWs, as they only shine at doing lay-in-wait style ambushes rather than in some high mobility and high intensity ops.
