They're pretty low on my glowy scale. The only problem they have is there's no real, articulable objective. It's just a patriotic form of streetwalking. They march in circles but what's the endgame? They ought to be able to answer this within 10-30 seconds. I've listened to a lot of Rousseau's interviews and he never gets to the bottom of it. If that "glows" in your book then so be it. Just know, calling everything glowy is also a glowy thing to do. Eg, bad jacketing.

 

I'm inclined to believe most of PF's members are sincere.

If anything I will default to "cringe larper" like >>134683 said. That's exactly it. There's no reason to invoke anything else. America already has its own symbols and "lore" if you will. There's enough material to send a similar message without borrowing from abroad. That Betsy Ross flag is a perfect example.
