I took some 45 min breaks, boss called me why am I not working 8hrs/day, blackpilled against.

My boss is on vacation right now, so nobody even checks how much I work.

Thank dog I have no fixed schedule

 

I am basically chilling for most of the month doing literally nothing then cram 4-5 days to not fail the deadline

 

It is the most comfortable schedule for me

Doesn't sound comfortable to me.

I have "flexible schedule" which means I only have to work 9 to 3 and somehow get monthly balance to 8hrs/day by picking whenever I want to wörk.
