Symptom wise: I get over stuff easily, virtually not anxious or depressed anymore.
On a deeper level, I understand what it means to be myself and know what my values are. This means I can do a good job of handling situations, relationships, I am more at peace with things that don't work out as I'd want them to, I don't blame myself for stuff.
I still have a lot to process and learn, but I feel I'm over the hardest part.
