I didn't sign a lease, didn't sign anything and I have two receipts that I badgered to gain, so I could go to the local tenancy tribunal to get half of my first rent back.
I am a grifter and will use every tool available to me to reduce my living expenses until I can buy land.
The first place isn't cheap. It has no kitchen, one working shower to service 20 rooms. I don't know why my new place is below market rate but I won't complain as the owner is going to help me get my restricted class 5 license. Then I can buy a cheap van, toss a mattress in the back, and a propane burner and maybe a kayak and some fishing gear. Finally I'll be free from the landlord jew and I'll swap my gender on my license to that of a woman so I can pay less in insurance.
