Maybe you should actually talk to her about the topic, maybe ask her for her favourite anime, instead of trying to gatekeep and make sweeping assumptions. It seems to me you're looking for a reason not to like her. You're probably afraid of being rejected by her and want to find a reason to reject her first.

 

Try to think differently. Wouldn't it be nice to introduce her to such an anime classic?
