Bernd i am sorry that i dont visit more often, i really like you guys and the place you all build up here. I tried to turn my life around and it seems to work somewhat. I got a new good paying job and i started excercising and all that. Half a year ago my weight was around 120 kg, i am at 95kg now. I feel good as never before in my life, i think i finally build up the confidence to create profiles on the dating apps to maybe finally get a GF. I turned 31 this year and really feel like i completly lost my youth to the internet and Imageboards. But its never to late to change something Bernd, remember this!

Big mistake. Just (go to the other side of your town/city and) flirt lightly with pretty cashiers. That's for confidence building/spaghetti removing. Try to find a gf through hobby/interests/community service/charities etc.
But dating apps are only a notch better then dating someone from your work.
