That depends completely on how the admin and mod(s) will do their job. Only the future will tell. Strict banning policy will function like a wall of a dam, but any cracks in it will eventually grow bigger until they flood through. Banning a pedo for only 7 days as I think I saw earlier in the logs means they are welcome back after 7 days, still as a pedo.

its pointless to ban ip for any longer on an anonymous website.

they can just reconnect to their isp and evade it.

that ban only affects someone who may have the same ip later.

so preferred moderation way is just short ban and message removal.
