First of all, let me clarify what I meant by burger availability. There are restaurants that serve burger in my city. But they aren't within walking distance convenient for takeaway. So I'd need to have a full sit down experience. There is also no delivery service except for McDonald's.

 

The last city I lived in had a great burger delivery service and I know others have, too. But for me the choice is between pizza delivery and takeaway from vietnamese, turkish, syrian or japanese restaurant in my street.

 

Something like a bbq restaurant is largely unheard of in Germany. Surely there are some, but it is super niche and probably not what you would consider bbq. Delivery service for these places is even more rare.

I thought every city at least has a McDonalds

There is McDonald's, but I consider that bottom tier food and I'd rather get a Döner or other takeaway even if I'm in the mood for burger.

Can't remember when I ate burger last time. I don't miss it.

What kind of fast food do you have and like on the hungary?

We have all kinds of fast food what everyone else have. And peeps like just about anything.

Sometimes I eat pizza, which turns out isn't that really that fast.

Rarely I have a gyros in pita, I know a place which offers heavenly hot sauce with it. The bloke is Syrian afaik, but arrived to Hungary liek 20 years ago. Or more.

Why would you ever live in a place without bbq? Germany sounds like suffering.

German style bbq (Grillen) is ubiquitous, but it is something you do at home, not get at a restaurant.
