I could use some physical therapy to relieve the tension in my back. Fugging pulled it again. Sitting down feels similar to being kicked in my left side.
I'm starting therapy for depression and other issues right now. Not much has happened yet but I've heard one smart sentence from the therapist already that gave me a different perspective on something and that was good. It also helps me explain what is going on with me. Overall I think even just the idea of working on yourself and going somewhere helps remind yourself to do so, even if the therapist is worthless.
It is covered, but you need to have some real problem so a doctor writes you up for it and then you only get six sessions. If I was rich I would be paying such people not only to be free of the most serious problems, but to be at peak performance.
Blessed utopian idealist. I too would like to lessen the suffering of the aging we endure through labour or dysgenics, but both avenues generally go against our capitalistic medical system built upon pain and prescriptions and lead to, what I perceive as dystopian meddling in our biology.
