I do not contact her, and she does not contact me. I do not have any social media, I just stalk hers because I remember the usernames. Usually nothing happens on them and it gives me a relieved feeling like she is dead but sometimes things change and it reminds me she is alive and reminds me I am a bad person who deserves to suffer. But I also like the feeling of being hopeless and the self loathing it brings
