Switch is less powerful and ARM based. This can run windows and proper x86 stuff.

I also like the touch pads.

I hope they offer better screens for the mid and high tier models, otherwise that's a mistake they should fix.

Steam supports streaming your games already. Just not from the cloud. Also why would they do that when users can just use existing services like GeForce Now or Shadow?

Pokemon emulators, Machinarium, Dungeon of the ENDLESS, maybe some Rimworld if it works.

It's not pretty, but it might be good. Proper analog triggers, nice. And they made the sticks touch-sensitive! Some people at Valve are smart. Of course it needs full support for Steam Input configuration. I hope this time they will put a little effort into demonstrating the potential to those who don't enjoy tinkering.
