For the second month I eat exclusively food that I cooked in steam. I began to feel the taste of food much brighter. But mainly point there was a huge amount of time that used to be spent on cooking. But now cooking process looks like this: take out a plate for (1 min), pour out the main dish (rice, pasta, buckwheat, potatoes, frozen vegetables, etc.) for (1 min), add a side dish for (1 min) (I store mushrooms , meat and fish in the freezer (naturally without bones)), turn on 30 minutes and go about your business. It is especially good to come after work, pour the food you need on a plate, go to the shower, and when I return I have my food ready.
