Yesterday I took a picture of my neighbor storing trash outside on her door mat again and sent it coupled with an angry letter to my property management company.

Just added the little bit fantasy that I also stumbled upon what I could only identify as a roach while walking by.

Also I complained that this neighbor isn't doing the monthly staircase cleaning like agreed upon in the cleaning plan, also with an added picture of the staircase and noting that it was last cleaned by myself end of May.

 

Why are old ~50yo women just such trash people? A lot of other neighbors also already complained about that hag, now I just joined it.

 

As they soon are trashing ownerless bikes in the bike room, I am contemplating about removing the ownership paper of her bike on the night before they start collecting bikes... Bitch should know she is walking a thin line, other neighbors just seem to sissy to take actions.

Have you tried telling her directly what the issue is?

Just imagine a regiment of seagulls attacking trash outside a house. Stealing food. Making a lot of noise. Then leaving after their raid.
