Just eat something, what's the worst that could happen?

 

I just walked to the store and got myself a chocolate bar and a Berliininmunkki (Berliner doughnut), I haven't slept at all during the night nor eaten anything else.

But Ramadan starts only on 13. April

I once did intermittent fasting and when I talked about it on the job my super cute Türkish coworker asked if I did it for Ramadan.

Did you break fast afer eating his ass after work?

It was actually a grille and I spit in her face one day. True story.

I just broke my 24 hour fast with four eggs and couscous.

Now I feel like shit.

I asked her on a date and when talking to her a relatively big drop of spit flew out of my mouth right in her face. Big enough for her to notice, flinch and have to wipe it away. I died of embarrassment and this moment haunts me still. I have no idea why it happened. I'm not a wet talker.

Did less than 24 for this fast and I had almost immediate diarrhea. Next time I'm going to ingest more salts in my water to avoid this porblem and break my fast with some cheese.
