you can omly harvest it for a few days up to a week each year because once the plants get their blossoms, the taste of the leaves will disappear

 

2nd pic is a nice breakfast with bärlauch butter :3

 

its taste is comparable to garlic, but it is a bit milder and has something more "noble"

 

Nice, there is not really any spring growth here as yet that I see.

 

I'm hoping that in a few weeks I can harvest some nettles, they make a good soup.
