I have smegma pearls.
Today I have popped a REALLY old one. The smegm oozed out as a long snake.

I need to understand the root of my problem.

I'm circumcised and never have smegma.

Me too, but I have smegma pearls UNDER my skin, that's the funniest part. I have to pop them like zits.

Imagine: it's like a small whitehead RIGHT UNDER the glans. It's somewhat "mobile", rolling around under the thin first layer of skin, so I kinda have to catch it with my fingers or pop it while my penis is erect. The buildup is really old, it doesn't even smell anymore. Yesterday I have managed to explode another pus pocket, which was very hard to "catch", the pocket was of uneven form unusual for a normal comedone/zit/whatever, like a small lacune of vague shape, without any inflammation. Just a pocket of pus/smegma locked under the skin. I suppose this might be the result of a somewhat botched circumcision in my childhood, although my penis looks alrite except for that area right under tha glans. I suffered from phimosis in childhood even though I was circumcised, go figure whether I was cut properly or not.

Ok just took a peek at the medical literature and it seems like this sort of thing only occurs in infants and children.

I'm 22 and it's happening to me.
The pus was REALLY old and dry, there was zero inflammation. It might mean that the smegma was decades old.
The thing is, there is two of them, and one of them refills with smegma (I suppose it's smegma since, again, no inflammation, no nothing), but it's tiny and almost invisible.

Well it's just two weird bumps... They get refilled all the time, no inflammation though... I suppose this is some sort of smegma buildup occurring in the lacunae under a circumcised glans. Why does the skin grow over it again and again though? IIRC, smegma itself is the "old skin" from the glans surface, so some of that surface tissue is trapped under the skin or something.
Pure magic.

Also oozing those smegma snakes is kind of "blackhead popping" enjoyable. That day when I made the thread was the first time I managed to open the second pearl, which was bigger, but I couldn't ever pop it. That time It oozed a snake that covered a half of my thumb nail.

Bernd, just see a urologist to make sure it's not dangerous.
At some point in your life you will want to reproduce, you should take care well of your penis.

I agree, I will have it checked. Thank you.

Dunno when though
