What kind of Grain?

It's a sour dough, made from rye.
My brother got me into baking bread and it tastes amazing + even with bio ingredients I pay ~40ct for a loaf of super tasty bread instead of ~4€ at a bakery for something where I don't know what is inside.

Good breda.
Weird flakes on it, though.

Türks can't into bread. I'm sorry, you make a bunch of great food, but German bread can't be properly understood by any other people.

Ironic since we are the most bread consuming country in the world

Post pictures of Turkish bread, I'm truly curious.

In Germany I have noticed that different Döner shops use different styles of bread. Most is meh, but one town uses really good bread. I have recently discovered that it is a Türkish-style bread, but supplied by a German bakery. (pic rel) I have not been able to obtain this bread in other towns.

Where I live now, there is even a Türkish bakery, but the bread there doesn't look very appealing to me. To be honest, neither does the bread from German bakers in this town. I suffer in a town without good bread ;_;
