I watched F1 as a kid because dad watched it but fo real tho, I find it lethally boring as the races last forever hardly anything ever happens.

 

In most cases the racer's placement in the race is going to be the same as their starting position which is determined by their time trial ranking.

Recently I got high and went on F1 marathon on youtube, it was great, but it got boring pretty quickly.

After Mika Häkkinen vs. Michael Schumacher it went downhill and not worth to watch.

They pass each other sometimes. Verstappen started in last place and made it to 9th in Monaco 2018
