Writing with a cute woman on tinder, would like to cuddle, kiss and shove my wiener deep into her fanny.

Kissed and cuddled. Not sure if there will be a third date, though :(

One small kiss and cuddle for Bernd, one great kiss and cuddle for Berndkind.

Ha, she's leaving the country next week, fuck my life...

Why would there be no second date after kissing and cuddling?

There are other guys she is seeing, I guess, and she had to think whith which one to do more than kissing. I guess not me ... ;_;

Right at the moment when OP is doing ordinary Bernd stuff the girl he wanted to kiss and cuddle gets banged hard or maybe spending precious time with another man she truly likes. How heartbreaking that could be? I think very much.

Already set up a date with another grille for monday. She is studying to become a teacher of economy and sports, so probably has a nice body. Very nice too and we share an interest in outdoors stuff.

What the fuck? How does that supposed to work? Like while you're jogging you're calculating GDP at the same time? What kind of profession is that?
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 17:15:40 · 5yNo. 108363reply
German teachers are required to study and teach at least two topics. In her case that's
- sports
- economy & politics
these are seperate topics at school. You don't do them at the same time. Just like a teacher who teaches Maths and English doesn't have his students multiply the number of Shakespeare's works by the number of vowels in "education".
RussiaBernd2021-01-30 17:21:43 · 5yNo. 108367reply
Oh? Very wise of her. When she will get bored with economics inside, she can relax on outdoors running and jumping. Very smart decision for a woman.

Wouldn’t call becoming a teacher wise, the job is soul-crushing.
RussiaBernd2021-01-30 17:48:39 · 5yNo. 108383reply
Agree. But she is a teacher in Germany. Maybe it's different there. Also Finnish schools are considered the best in the world here in Russia. I even thought to immigrate to Finland just so my children could have good education at some moment.
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 17:52:37 · 5yNo. 108385reply
German schools are mid-tier.

Pros:
- relatively good education and job requirements for teachers
- culture of studying and being punctual

Cons:
- boomers not willing to use technology
- many students are immigrants without aforementioned culture

I agree that it is not a very desireable job overall. But well payed and secure. If you're lucky students are tolerable, too.
FinlandBernd2021-01-30 18:01:16 · 5yNo. 108388reply
All our teachers are uni educated, hell even the handcrafts and household teachers have university degrees. If you value free education Finland is a good choice, but for quality education, be mindful where you settle imho.

Always admired Deutsch punctuality (or is it Prussian?). Please never let it die out.
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 18:03:05 · 5yNo. 108390reply
We call that and a few other things "Prussian values", but "German punctuality" is one of them.
FinlandBernd2021-01-30 18:05:21 · 5yNo. 108391reply
What are the other values?
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 18:08:12 · 5yNo. 108392reply
Loosely defined, but here is a list:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prussian_virtues

In fact, one of my teachers told us we should learn and try to live by them.
FinlandBernd2021-01-30 18:14:21 · 5yNo. 108394reply
Thanks, very extensive list, overlaps with Lutheran work ethic too. Good teacher, do you follow what he said?
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 18:18:29 · 5yNo. 108395reply
I just remembered it. It has been a couple of years since I consciously tried to follow Prussian virtues, although many things are very normal to me without knowing them by this name. Being punctual, humble, reliable, etc. are all things that I, my friends and family consider to be important.
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 18:24:14 · 5yNo. 108397reply
Another teacher gave me slightly different advice which complements it very well, I think. It was basically like this hierarchy of needs, although he called it "a Jesuit's advice".

Basically, before worrying about work you need to make sure your body and mind are healthy. You are fed, have no injuries, your emotional and social life is in order and then you can work and be productive.

You could take this as an excuse to be lazy, but I take it as making sure your foundation is solid so your house doesn't crumble.
FinlandBernd2021-01-30 18:28:53 · 5yNo. 108400reply
German teachers sound like they actually care about their pupils, sound advice. In my experience the Finnish values were never spoken aloud but rather bullied into us. Have you ever lived abroad? That helps a lot in understanding your childhood culture and it’s values.

So Russian style. You won't remove traces of Russia from your culture for another hundred or two years. :D
GermanyBernd2021-01-30 18:58:31 · 5yNo. 108403reply
Plenty of teachers were bad, too. But some were good.

I have lived in Nordic countries for a while and they're not that different from us, although there are some noticeable things. Within Germany there are similar differences, though. A person from Hamburg is probably closer to a Dane than to a Bavarian.

GODDAMNIT :DDDD It’s not fun being the hybrid child of different European cultures, the balts must have it even worse.

What did you notice? Ah Germany is big too and historically has been divided, forgot that.

>balts
Can't say they are anything “mixed”. From my chair it looks like they're pure Russians or generic slavs in denial even after 30 years have passed. Haven't heard about any example of their own national traits anything. Except for their slowness maybe. Do they even have any history? Aside from mass murders and oppression that Soviet Union brought to them.

No, just like finns their history book is paper thin. Finnish history starts in 1917 and has about 2-3 events (independence, civil war, winter war), baltic history is basically 2 events, occupation by the Soviet Union and collapse of the Soviet Union. Both finns and balts were just spectators to the bigger people making history on their territories (Swedes, Russians, and Germans), a bunch of peasants that don't have a single notable historical figure or national hero before the 20th century, 19th century tops.
